All items will be shipped via USPS and the shipping fee will be added to the total order purchase of the items.  The items will ship within 48 hours of purchase.  You will receive an invoice for purchases including the shipping fee at the time of purchase.  The average shipping time is 5-7 days depending on your location within the United States.

There are no refunds on beauty item purchases of products used on the physical body but you may exchange clothing type items for accurate size or refunds if the item has not been physically worn due to COVID-19.

Refunds of body services policy is noted upon purchase of those services.  Cancellation of services must be requested 24 hours ahead of the scheduled service or the services or deposit will be forfeited.
